How To Place An Order?
Our beloved customers can place their orders through any of the following:

- Step 1 – Add products in your shopping cart
- Step 2 – Proceed to checkout
- Step 3 – Provide contact details and delivery address
- Step 4 – Click Confirm Order
- Phone Call or Message (0344 5553838)
- WhatsApp Call or Message (0344 5553838)
Please note that Pharma Health’s Customer Care is active during 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. All calls and messages (via Phone and WhatsApp) placed after 5:30 pm shall be answered next day.
When To Place An Order?
- Order can be placed at any time by the customer
- Orders placed via website will receive the confirmation immediately
- Orders placed via Phone and WhatsApp shall be confirmed through an official call from the customer care department during operational hours (9:30 am to 5:30 pm)

- Our customer can cancel his/her order via text message or email
- After placing an order, it can be cancelled during 6 hours
- Cancellation after 6 hours of order placement won’t be considered
